慢病毒包裝試劑盒
GeneCopoeia的Lenti-Pac™ HIV和FIV表達包裝系統包括優化的慢病毒包裝質粒,eGFP陽性對照質粒,轉染試劑,增加病毒產量的EndoFectin™轉染試劑和TiterBoost™滴度增強劑。該系統與GeneCopoeia的ORF、shRNA、miRNA及Promoter克隆配套使用保證更高滴度和更高表達水平。
HIV和FIV包裝系統中的包裝質粒經過設計調整,確保將重組子包裝成具有高感染率的慢病毒顆粒,同時防止了病毒的自我復制。
293Ta慢病毒包裝細胞系
293Ta包裝細胞系是常用于病毒包裝的工具細胞。Lenti-Pac™ 293Ta包裝細胞系轉染效率高,能夠實現病毒蛋白高水平的表達。
慢病毒濃縮試劑
Lenti-Pac™ 慢病毒濃縮試劑是GeneCopoeia為用戶設計的用于快速、簡便濃縮慢病毒顆粒的慢病毒濃縮試劑。實驗操作時只需將濃縮試劑與需濃縮的慢病毒上清液混合,經短暫孵育,普通離心機離心即可。
慢病毒滴度檢測試劑盒
GeneCopoeia設計的Lenti-Pac™ HIV和FIV qRT-PCR慢病毒滴度檢測試劑盒可快速、簡便地測定病毒拷貝數,并確定病毒包裝是否成功。該試劑盒主要組分包括RNA抽提試劑, qRT-PCR反應試劑以及內參對照。慢病毒的RNA基因組被反轉錄后用基于SYBR® Green I原理的qRT-PCR技術進行定量。
