Lentifect™慢病毒
慢病毒載體是將目的基因序列導入普通細胞與難轉染細胞中的一種強有力手段。慢病毒通過感染細胞,將目的基因轉導至靶細胞的基因組,使目的基因在活體及體外實驗均能持續表達。為獲得高滴度和穩定均一的慢病毒,慢病毒的包裝、純化和滴度測定都需要較長時間和足夠的經驗,而GeneCopoeia擁有專業的慢病毒包裝團隊,保證產品的高質量。

以GeneCopoeia eGFP慢病毒感染H1299細胞
圖1. 于24孔板中,使用圖示用量的eGFP純化慢病毒(catalog number LPP-EGFP-LV105)感染H1299細胞(ATCC),添加5 µg/ml polybrene試劑。感染72小時后,使用熒光顯微鏡觀察eGFP表達情況。
