由Poly A聚合酶、逆轉錄酶，以及專為All-in-One™試劑特別研發的PAP/RT反應緩沖液組成的一種新穎的、優化的反轉錄混合試劑，使以上兩種用于成熟miRNA逆轉錄（cDNA合成）反應的酶獲得最佳活性。
All-in-One™ qRT-PCR Detection Kit包括RT（逆轉錄）和qPCR（定量檢測）兩部分試劑，利用基于SYBR® Green的qPCR技術，可對低至20 pg的Total RNA（或者低至10 pg的small RNA）進行快速、準確定量。

圖2. All-in-One™ miRNA qPCR pimer經驗證產生單一擴增產物，融解曲線均呈單一銳鋒，電泳條帶均呈單一條帶，且與目標miRNA相符。由10種人組織混合樣本的總RNA經逆轉錄形成的cDNA作為引物驗證的模板。qPCR反應由終濃度0.2 uM的引物和All-in-One™ qPCR Mix配合完成。（2A）驗證結果的擴增曲線，（2B）驗證結果的熔解曲線。

高通量miRNA表達差異定量檢測陣列
miProfile™ miRNA PCR Array為檢測不同組織或細胞中特定miRNA的表達量而設計，這些miRNA按照目錄產品或定制要求成套設置。
每塊96孔板包含84對PCR引物（正向引物：miRNA特異引物；反向引物：通用引物）。miRNA特異引物都經實驗驗證，融解曲線均呈單一銳鋒，電泳條帶均呈單一條帶，且與擴增產物相符。
使用普通的實時定量PCR反應條件，即可簡便進行高通量的miRNA表達量檢測和分析。
